9. Account Deletion & Data Erasure
You have the right to delete your Whispering Wings Wellbeing account and request erasure of your personal data at any time.
Account deletion can be initiated directly from within your membership account settings while logged in to our website or mobile application.
When an account deletion request is confirmed:
- Your user account and profile information are permanently removed
- Your membership access is cancelled
- Your access to Whispering Wings Wellbeing services ends
Certain records, such as transaction or billing history, may be retained where legally required for tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Once completed, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions are managed through your account on our website. Because purchases are processed through our third-party payment provider (such as Stripe), subscription changes, cancellations, and billing updates must be completed through your Whispering Wings Wellbeing account dashboard.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
If you purchased a subscription through a third-party platform, including the Apple App Store, subscription management and cancellation must be handled directly through that platform according to its terms.

Certificates, training progress, and related records may be retained for as long as necessary to verify certifications or comply with legal obligations, unless you request deletion where permitted by law.
We may retain certain personal data (such as billing records or certificates) even after account deletion if required for legal compliance.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
